If you’re interested in renting/leasing one of our properties, please download, fill out our application and verification release forms (see links near bottom of page and return to us along with the application fee.

Rent Due
Rent is typically due on the 1st of the month and considered delinquent after the 3rd of the month. Nobody likes late fees however, once your rent becomes delinquent, you will incur a late charge unless otherwise stated in your Rental/Lease Agreement.
Maintenance Request
If you have a maintenance request, please provide us with the following maintenance request form which you can fill out using Adobe Acrobat Reader and send directly to us via email. You may also download this form, print, fill it out and either send via U.S. mail, or fax back to us at your convenience. Please be sure to fill it out as completely as possible to ensure we have accurate information.
· If you have any emergency, please also call our office at (816) 444-3363. · Emergencies are: Flood, major plumbing problem, electrical, fire, refrigerator (not working). · Air conditioning/heat is not an emergency, but as always, we will try to get our repair person out to the property ASAP.
Monthly Accounting
Every month you’ll receive a statement showing how much you’ve paid and the new balance on your lease.
Newsletter
Every quarter a newsletter is mailed to our tenants and offers quite a few interesting articles including local news and events, Networking Opportunities, Referrals, MGI News, MGI Specials and more. Be sure to read the newsletter each month because you may win a prize or learn how to win a prize from MGI including free movies passes, free tickets to local events, gift packages and possibly even free rent from time to time.
Pay Rent Online ( NOT AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT PLEASE CHECK BACK LATER: Now you can pay your rent online! Click on the icon to submit your electronic check.
PAYPAL! Pay your rent using your Paypal account. A convenience fee of only 3% is added to each transaction and will appear as a sales tax. Call or email the office and ask for a Paypal invoice. We will send one out immediately and you can pay your rent this way.
DIRECT DEPOSIT and ACH! Pay your rent via direct deposit from your paycheck each month or have an ACH transaction generated on the 1st of each month from your bank account. You may obtain the proper forms from our management office.

Are you having a problem paying your rent and utilities? If so, there is help available via many agencies here in the Greater Kansas City area. You may contact the following agencies for assistance with your rent, utilities and more.
· Salvation Army. Offering Emergency Assistance, Housing and Feeding, Utility Assistance and much more. · Metropolitan Lutheran Ministry.
