A native to the Kansas City area, Wendy was born and raised within the urban core and enjoys the diversity of the people and cultures located within the City. An alumnus of Northeast High School, Wendy grew up in the historic Northeast area of Kansas City and enjoys the challenge of finding the perfect home or investment property for her buyers looking to purchase within the urban core and surrounding areas. Primarily a buyer’s agent with Advantage Real Estate, Wendy holds her license in both Missouri and Kansas and has been helping the families of Kansas City with their real estate needs since 2005.

 

Wendy’s continued education includes a B.A. degree in sociology obtained from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and is currently pursing her Graduate degree in psychology with the Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Wendy will graduate in October 2009 and plans on putting her education, experience, and diverse background to work for the families of the Kansas City area.

 

Wendy’s employment experience includes working in many professional arenas with attorneys, engineers, and clinical research associates. She also has experience in the not for profit sector working with domestic violence victims and their children. With many years of customer service and office management experience, Wendy is computer savvy and enjoys just talking with people and getting to know what makes them ‘tick’. In her spare time, Wendy enjoys traveling and aspires to visit the ten most beautiful beaches of the world. Three children and a love of helping others become successful keeps Wendy busy in her spare time. Wendy currently volunteers with CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate) as well as YouthFriends as a lunch buddy mentor.

In addition to her real estate skills, she also spent 17 years in the legal industry working as a legal secretary, office manager and paralegal.  Although she worked in many facets of law including real estate, corporate, litigation, bankruptcy, personal injury, family law, and probate her final primary focus was on real estate, litigation and corporate law. 

She has a total of 28+ years experience working in information technology which includes management, project management, systems engineering, systems administration, database administration, and programming.

Marcel Mosley

Marcel boasts that he is a jack of all trades, master of some and his background says just that.

He has worked in construction on and off for over 20 years working both in residential and commercial building, remodeling, painting, electrical, minor plumbing, and repair.

Additionally, Marcel has worked as a freight manager for Home Depot’s Maintenance Warehouse; fabricated water tanks by cutting, pressing and painting steel; worked miracles with PCs and was known for making “dead computers and equipment” come back to life when others had failed.  He worked diligently in the computer networking, desktop and graphic arts industry for approximately 11 years.
