Tenants. Winter is in full swing and everything seems to be just fine as far as all the properties are concerned. If you are having a problem with your furnace, plumbing, etc., please download and fill out a maintenance request form and get it over to us immediately. We don’t want anyone having these types of problems especially during the cold months.
Property Owners. If you have property that you wish to rent/lease out, allow us to manage it for you. We’ll handle advertising, tenant placement, monthly collections, and property maintenance. You’ll have an income without the additional work. With MGI, you should no longer have a vacancy issue as we have a short waiting list for properties.
