Tenants. Summer is here! The weather has warmed up tremendously. We are now in the process of summer maintenance inspections. If you are having any issues with the property, please be sure to fill out a maintenance request form and turn it in as quickly as possible. We don’t want anyone having any type of problem with one of our properties. Let us know and we’ll have the work put on our weekly maintenance rotation.
Property Owners. If you have property that you wish to rent/lease out, allow us to manage it for you. We’ll handle advertising, tenant placement, monthly collections, and property maintenance. You’ll have an income without the additional work. With MGI, you should no longer have a vacancy issue as we have a short waiting list for properties.
